5mm Double Layer White Outside Black Inside PE Small Pipe Extrusion Production Line

This 5 mm PE small pipe extrusion line is designed for producing double-layer tubing with a white outer layer and a black inner layer. The line is equipped with two SJ-40/28 single-screw extruders and one double-layer co-extrusion die head.

The production line includes extruders, a double-layer die head, a vacuum sizing tank, a traction unit, a winding unit and an electrical control system. Its designed production speed is 10–20 m/min, and the maximum extrusion capacity is approximately 30 kg/h.

The electronic meter measures the pipe length during production and allows the finished pipe to be cut according to the preset length. Machine voltage, pipe dimensions, layer structure and auxiliary equipment can be customized according to the customer’s production requirements.

Machine Components and Functions

1. Dual Extrusion System
Two SJ-40/28 single-screw extruders separately melt and feed the inner and outer PE materials to produce white-outer and black-inner double-layer pipes.

2. Double-Layer Co-Extrusion Die Head
Combines the materials from both extruders to form a stable double-layer pipe with uniform wall thickness and strong layer bonding.

3. Vacuum Cooling and Sizing Tank
Uses vacuum sizing and circulating cooling water to quickly shape the pipe, ensuring consistent diameter, roundness and surface quality.

4. Belt Haul-Off Unit
The upper and lower belts continuously pull the pipe at a stable speed, reducing deformation and maintaining consistent wall thickness.

5. Electronic Length Counter
Measures the pipe length in real time and helps control the preset length of each finished roll.

6. Dual-Station Winder
Winds the finished pipe neatly into rolls. The dual-station design allows convenient roll changes and reduces production downtime.

7. Electrical Control System
Centrally controls the extrusion temperature, production speed, haul-off unit and winding system for stable operation and convenient adjustment.

8. Water Chiller — Optional
Continuously supplies chilled circulating water to maintain a stable cooling temperature, especially during long-term production or in hot environments.
